1. Clean and dry your dentures. 2. Apply the adhesive in two or three short strips (6 mm each), avoiding the edges of the dentures. 3. Rinse your mouth before inserting the dentures. 4. Press the dentures firmly onto your gums and bite down for a few seconds to ensure a secure fit. 5. To make the adhesive easier to dispense, keep the cap and nozzle dry.
