An excellent makeup base for my oily skin, where no cosmetics stay on for more than 2 hours - a lifesaver. I wear it all day, although I do powder my face in the second half of the day, but overall the problem is almost solved.

I have oily skin, and this product does a great job at mattifying it. The velvety effect on my skin lasts until I wash off my makeup base in the evening (from 8 am to 6 pm). However, the base doesn't work well on my eyelids - eyeshadows tend to crease. (To compare, when I applied INGLOT liquid makeup on my eyelids, the eyeshadows never creased or faded so easily.)

I adore this product and use it both in winter and summer because my T-zone gets excessively oily. It doesn't roll off, the coverage is even, and the scent is specific but dissipates quickly, so you can tolerate it for a minute. 5+ rating. The velvety sensation on the skin is absolutely delightful, and the consumption is minimal, lasting a long time.

After reading your reviews, I decided to give this miracle product a try!
Scent: It's not pleasant, kind of reminds me of goat fat, but it's very subtle. It dissipates fairly quickly.
Consistency: It's similar to a thick gel, but not transparent.
Usage: Minimal, I think it will last me a verrrry long time :).
Skin: Excellent, just as reviews said, "it makes you want to touch your skin all the time."
Does it fulfill its purpose: YES!
I had oily areas in my "T" zone, so that's where I applied it. And I used it after my Chanel moisturizer. Throughout the day, there was no shine or oiliness. My foundation applied nicely on top of it and nothing rolled off.

This is a very good mattifying product. It effectively conceals redness and lasts for about a month with regular use. However, it does not hide any flakes or dry patches on the skin. The makeup stays in place all day long and can also be used on its own. The only reason I am lowering my rating is because about half of the tube was dried up and had a waxy texture, so I had to warm it up before using it.

The smell is terrible. It feels like smearing putty or pure silicone on your face. The sensation is simply horrible, and you immediately want to wash it off. After reading positive reviews, I decided to purchase this product, but now I regret it. I bought it with the intention of using it for mattifying my face, but unfortunately, after just 4 hours, my face is as shiny as a pancake. And this is in the middle of autumn! I can only imagine that during the summer, the effect would only last for 2 hours. It's a shame, as I can't seem to find a replacement for my beloved Antishine by Smashbox. To achieve a uniform consistency, it is recommended to shake the base before application. As for the scent, this product does not contain artificial fragrances. It has the natural smell of the oils included in its composition. Whether you like it or not, this is very subjective, but we would like to point out that this scent disappears immediately after applying the base.
