Carefully buff the nail plate using a polishing block. When extending the nail, place the nail extension form under the nail plate. Apply a thin layer of gel with a brush and cure it under a lamp. Then, apply another layer of gel to achieve the desired nail length, and cure it again under a UV/LED lamp. After curing, remove the form and shape the nail with a medium-grit file.
