Before using the aroma lamp, ventilate the room, then close all windows and doors. Fill the aroma lamp's bowl with water and add the required number of drops of one essential oil or a blend of 3-5 essential oils, considering the age groups of the people in the room. On average, use 1-2 drops of essential oil per 3-5 square meters. Place a lit tea candle in the lower part of the aroma lamp. The session duration is typically 25-30 minutes, but you can gradually increase it to 2-3 hours.

Precautions: The lit lamp must be placed according to safety regulations. Keep children and pets away from open flames and essential oils. Ensure that the water does not boil. The recommended water temperature is 50-60°C. If the water evaporates quickly, refill the bowl regularly. Do not use scented candles with synthetic fragrances that might overpower the delicate aroma of the essential oils. Before using an essential oil for the first time, make sure you are not allergic to its components. Follow the safety precautions provided in the instructions for the essential oil you are using.
