Always ensure your hands are thoroughly washed before handling the LadyCup. Before the first use, sterilize the LadyCup. You can help yourself by gently bearing down, which will move the LadyCup slightly downward. Pinch the base of the LadyCup and, after relaxing, carefully remove it. During the first removal, it is important to stay calm and relaxed. If you encounter difficulty, use a finger to break the vacuum seal by gently detaching the rim of the cup from the vaginal wall. This will make it easier to remove the LadyCup.

Pour the contents of the cup into the toilet.
