Wonderful, just like most Kerastase shampoos. It lathers well and has a small consumption (it lasts me 2-2.5 months with my thin but long hair), it doesn't strip the hair until it squeaks (which is very important), it doesn't dry out the hair, it rinses out excellently, and after using it, it feels like I've already applied conditioner. Super! (Regarding volume, if your hair doesn't have any structure for volume, this shampoo won't create it, just like any other shampoo).
