Usage Instructions: Face/Body Mask, Bath Powder.
Mask: In a clean, non-metallic bowl, mix one tablespoon of clay with a small amount of boiled water or hydrosol until you achieve a thick paste consistency. To make the mask more gentle, enrich it with a few drops of any natural plant oil. Apply the mask to slightly damp skin and rinse off after about 15 minutes, ensuring the clay doesn't dry out. To prevent drying, you can add oil, spritz the mask with hydrosol, or place a warm, damp towel over your face.
Body Wrap: Apply the clay paste to your skin, wrap yourself in plastic wrap, and cover with a light blanket. After 15 minutes, rinse off the clay with warm water and gently pat your skin dry with a towel.
Bath: Depending on the size of your bathtub, add one to two handfuls of clay to warm water. You can also add a few drops of your favorite oil. After bathing, rinse your body and gently pat dry with a towel, then apply oil or lotion.
