I use this toothpaste occasionally and I have an idea of its impact on my gums. But here's the thing - it hardly irritates them, even though I was expecting something different. However, the bleeding has almost disappeared. And my enamel feels smoother than usual. I thought it was because of changing my toothbrush, but no, the effect is the same whether I use the old or new one. I like it.
