Start by washing and drying your feet thoroughly. Then, put on the foil socks included in the package. Empty the contents of one packet into each sock. Carefully put on thick socks over the foil socks (thick socks are not included in the package). Leave everything on your feet for 60-90 minutes, depending on the condition of your feet. After the time has passed, carefully remove the thick socks first, then the foil socks. Dispose of the foil socks. Rinse off any remaining liquid from your feet with warm water.

During the entire procedure, keep your feet in a position where the liquid will not spill. The exfoliation process should begin 3-7 days after the treatment, and its duration will depend on the condition of your skin before the procedure. You can speed up the exfoliation process by soaking your feet in warm water for about 20 minutes during the post-treatment period (the more often you soak them, the faster the exfoliation will occur). Do not use additional exfoliating or abrasive products during the procedure.
