Before first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different methods of insertion – feel free to try various techniques to find the one that works best for you. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. You should hear a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating that it has been correctly positioned. If you’re unsure, check the base of the cup – it should feel round or oval upon insertion. If you notice any dents or irregularities on the surface, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Carefully hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to twist it to create a suction seal. Gently pull on the stem: if you feel resistance, the suction has formed and the cup is properly in place!
