The shade 523 is an incredibly beautiful and rich chestnut color without any red undertones. I have been searching for a color like this for a long time and I am thrilled that I found it. It's a shame that this dye is only available for delivery from the EU. Additionally, unfortunately, the dye does tend to dry out the hair a bit. It's unpleasant, but it's something I can live with.

I purchased shade 723, but it is completely different from what is shown on the packaging. It seems like I have already washed my hair ten times with this color. There is no shine, no richness, nothing. The regular Casting Cream Gloss in a different shade is much better, especially the one with coconut.

Just awful. I have light hair. I bought shade 8.23, thinking that if the color doesn't turn out nice, at worst it would be reddish. I can handle that. But it turned out to be a disaster - a dark plum color with a hint of blue. Simply horrifying... I look like a black plum!! And this is supposed to be a light shade, why? It's unclear.

The description said something else. And my hair is light, not dark, not gray, not blue, not plum, for it to turn out this way is just awful. The only comforting thought is that it will wash out sooner or later. My hair's condition is now poor. Money down the drain.

I really like shade 523, it's a beautiful natural color that fades over time but without any annoying brassiness. The only downside is that the delivery is only available from Europe.

I purchased shade 523. I agree with the comments and reviews online - the coloring is salon-worthy! The hair feels soft and silky. The color is super vibrant and beautiful! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because, although I am not allergic and have never experienced any "sensations" with other hair dyes, this one made my scalp tingle and itch during application. However, I have been using Casting from the previous line for about 5 years and have been dyeing my hair for about 15 years in general. I will give it another chance because I really love the results after coloring.

After dyeing, my hair is in good condition, the roots are nicely dyed, although the color is slightly darker than on the packaging. I chose shade 9.23. However, the advantage is that it truly causes less damage, and my hair looks like I had it professionally dyed for 5k.

The product turned out exactly as described on the box. It doesn't fully cover gray hair, but if you use the technique of mixing the dye with a 2:1 ratio of developer, the coverage is perfect and it does a good job of coloring gray hair.
