If it's dyed, then it definitely won't work, the color washes off after two washes.

As for effectiveness, I can say it's pretty good because I gave it to my husband and even in his balding area, his hair regrew.

The shampoo has a pleasant scent and lathers well (although I have soft water and any chemical lathers well, so this criterion is somewhat subjective).

It dries out the scalp, although mine is oily and it takes some effort to over-dry it. Also, my hair becomes frizzy after using it.

After a month of use, I haven't noticed a decrease in hair loss or new growth.

This shampoo is excellent for my short hair. It cleanses very well and doesn't irritate at all. It works so effectively that I even use it to wash my body, as its concentration is very high. It's superb! I highly recommend it.

I purchased a shampoo from a trichologist. The shampoo is not bad, it cleanses the scalp well and slightly dries the hair along the length (not critically). The conditioner does the job, and it has a very nice orange-lemon scent. However, after using it, my scalp itches a lot, it tightens the skin, even though I have oily skin.
