I don't understand why it has become the norm to apply 2-3 layers of eyeliner. I'm talking about the brown one, I haven't tried any other. Forget about applying just 1 layer, it's watery and takes a long time to dry because of the layering.
I can draw perfect wings with it, unlike this "top" marker tattoo eyeliner, which is absolutely awful, but it takes a lot of time and effort.
Once again, I buy something under 100 UAH and end up disappointed.
