The courier delivered my order from the EU, but unfortunately, the two men's Loreal creams turned out to be the wrong ones and were cheaper by 100 UAH each. One of the creams did not have a front label. I spoke to the operator about the label, but I initially didn't notice that it was completely the wrong product. When I wrote a review mentioning this, they deleted it and the operator has not called me back as per my request. I am asking for a refund as I will return the product.
