Histoires de Parfums 1889 Moulin Rouge Eau de Parfum

I bought this product without testing it, relying only on comments and reviews. I do not recommend doing this, as I have made the same mistake multiple times. The scent of the perfume is interesting, deep, with a powdery and lipstick-like undertone, reminiscent of dressing rooms and makeup studios. However, for me, it is too heavy, with a very prominent rose note followed by a hint of iris and patchouli...everything else is in the background. The longevity of the perfume is incredibly strong, as I could still smell it on my wrist after 6 days, which can be overwhelming. I regret not purchasing the smaller 15ml size, as I believe it would have been enough for a lifetime. In short, we did not become friends, but that does not mean it is not a high-quality niche product. As always, the service provided by MakeUp is top-notch. Thank you!

In the first few minutes, a scent reminiscent of an old lipstick from the 1920s emerges. As time goes on, the lipstick dissolves and gives way to the scent of petroleum jelly, followed by hints of theaters, velvet upholstery, and a touch of expensive retro vibes.
