I really liked this toner lotion. The 2% concentration was enough for me to use with Goldwell hair dye in shade 6. I highly recommend it.

Great developer! Perfect for hair tinting. Its liquid consistency allows for quick and even application and distribution of the dye on the hair. It just takes a little longer to mix the dye with this developer compared to the cream-like one.

The developer was as watery as water, I mixed it with the dye and had to pour it out because it was impossible to apply to my hair. I'm shocked, I had to throw away both the dye and the developer.
