General baths: Dissolve 100-150 ml of the product in a bathtub filled with 200 liters of water (temperature 35-37°C). Take the bath for no more than 20 minutes. Take baths every other day or for two consecutive days with a rest on the third day. The recommended course is 12-15 baths. Repeat the course after 1-2 months. Using baths in combination with massage, therapeutic exercises, and sauna enhances effectiveness.
