1. Thoroughly cleanse and tone your face.
2. Open the pouch, take out the patch, and remove the transparent film on the back.
3. Place the patch on your skin with the shiny side facing down. Align the perforated area at the top with your mouth, then pull both ends and secure them around your ears.
4. Similarly, pull both ends of the bottom of the patch and secure them around your ears.
5. Leave the patch on for 20-30 minutes, then gently remove it.

The mask does absolutely nothing, even after 3 weeks of use, there is no improvement. It is disappointing, just like other masks from the Purуderm brand.
Good results with systematic care. The mask holds well and provides lifting treatment.
I put it on my ears, wore it, but experienced intense pain. I also didn't notice any lifting effect, but to be fair, I couldn't use it for the recommended duration due to the pain. It will suit a small face.
Overall, the mask is decent and suitable for a medium-sized face. It stretches well. However, I personally prefer the correcting lifting mask for the double chin, specifically the Konad Iloje V Tox Lifting Mask.
The mask doesn't have any effect on the second chin, but it does have a slight lifting effect on the face. I deducted one star for the feeling of suffocation. I think it's better to consult an endocrinologist before using it.
