This product does not hold my hair at all, it just moves around and leaves stains on the skin, making it look like a very oily and colored brow.

Perhaps it will work better on softer and more manageable hair. I always used Lancome - there the color does not transfer onto the skin at all, and the hold is just incredible, but now it's nowhere to be found.
