This is a fantastic gel for atopic skin and is great for children. It's a shame that it has disappeared from sale recently.
I bought it as a substitute for hand soap because I have eczema (in addition to moisturizing with cream). It is a decent product, and the dispenser is more economical compared to Serave.
I use it as a shower gel and for daily washing on dry skin with psoriasis.
I am very satisfied with it, as it does not dry out my skin. Of course, I also moisturize it additionally with cream.

I didn't like it. The consistency is like a very thick gel. The smell is unpleasant. It dries out the skin after bathing, and for people with atopic skin, this is not very good. Before this, I used La Roche and Eucerin. The difference is substantial. Of all the balms, only La Roche really works.

I use this gel for washing my child with atopic skin. Previously, we used La Roche. Honestly, I don't see any difference! Only in the price. It's a good product. We have already bought several jars. Special thanks for the 400 ml volume, I was really looking forward to it, plus the very convenient jar with a dispenser. The entire Atopim Med series is just wonderful. We also use the lotion in the summer and the cream in the winter, everything is great! It moisturizes just as well as expensive brands. I recommend it!

I really liked this gel, it has a similar effect to Avene Selectiose gel-oil. However, this gel is no longer available and it is more expensive than AtopiMed. It has no scent and doesn't dry out the skin.

One rhetorical question - why is the maximum volume only 150 ml? And this packaging is very inconvenient, I would prefer a dispenser.
