I don't know how it really is yet - I just received it. But the fact that it doesn't close properly is a big minus! Now I have to transfer it somewhere else.

The best conditioner I have ever used! I have been using it for 1 year now and I really like the results. I always wanted to have smooth, shiny, and healthy hair, like after a beauty salon visit, and only this conditioner helped me achieve that. No other regular conditioner from the supermarket that I have used gave me such results: after using them, my hair would stick together, was difficult to comb, dry, damaged, and lacked shine and volume.

Naturally, my hair is thin, prone to frizziness, and slightly tangled. I also use the shampoo of the same brand for all hair types and a hair mask.

Personally, I only apply this conditioner to the length of my hair to avoid greasiness at the roots. I use enough to fully distribute it throughout the thickness, gently massage it (to ensure better distribution and easier absorption of the conditioner by the hair), and leave it for at least 2 minutes.

After using the same shampoo that excessively dries out my hair, this one made it a bit softer, but it still doesn't comb through easily.

I highly recommend it! I use it in combination with the shampoo from the same brand. My hair is colored. It doesn't dry out my hair, and it makes it easy to comb through, giving it a well-groomed appearance.

I have been using this series along with the shampoo. My hair is colored. I am satisfied with the result. Once a week, I apply the mask from the same manufacturer.

I have dyed hair, but it's still in good condition. This product really helps to soften it, and it could be perfect if it didn't make my hair static. That's the only downside.
