The oil is really good. It's not sticky. It smells nice, but not too strong, which is a relief because it's annoying when oil overwhelms with its scent and gives you a headache. I use it rarely for massages, but sometimes. Most of the time, I just add it to body masks and scrubs. It's perfect for that. My favorite homemade scrub for the whole body, which anyone can make, has an amazing effect. Ground coffee (not instant) + a little bit of your favorite shower gel (for fragrance, foam, and softness to prevent the scrub from being harsh) + a little bit of water (to moisten the coffee) + and this oil (to soften the skin and fight cellulite). It turns out to be an awesome scrub. Mix all of this until it reaches a creamy consistency and apply it to the body. Massage for 5-10 minutes. Even after the first time, you can see that the skin is soft, moisturized, and more elastic (and over time, cellulite becomes less and less visible). I'm writing in case it's useful to someone. I wish I had known about this earlier. Make the scrub twice a week.
