Yes, previously the jar came in a cardboard box. Now it comes without additional packaging, but it's not a problem. I have purchased this balm for my husband for the second time, he is satisfied with it, and I personally enjoy the pleasant aroma of the balm.

Regarding the balm, it is quite decent. However, I am currently dissatisfied with the packaging as I ordered it twice and both times the containers arrived with dents. Additionally, previously the product was packaged in an additional box, but now it is simply wrapped in paper.

I have already used the 4th can of this brand in two different scents and I can share my impression. None of the cans contained a product similar in consistency to the previous one. Sometimes the balm was thicker, sometimes thinner, and sometimes it even had undissolved lumps of components. This indicates either poor quality raw materials that may be used in production or a failure to follow the recipe or technology. In other words, the overall quality can be questioned.
From the positive aspects and why I still remain a consumer of this product: the balm does a good job with its main function (excluding the fact that I have to fish out undissolved lumps of the component from the beard - that was the case with one of the cans). The balm is made with a nice range of fragrances.

The smell of strawberries for a man? Well, it's something... No, I understand, of course, that there is a certain group of men who enjoy smelling like strawberries, but it's still quite atypical for the majority. And not warning about this, I consider it simply disrespectful.

This balm is quite good. It smells wonderful and effectively tames the beard. It spreads easily and I have tried all the balms from this brand, they are all great with different scents. The only downside is that it quickly loses its fragrance.

I only need a small amount of balm for each styling, so I believe this jar will last me a long time.
