Good day, I have never used products from this company before. However, after seeing an advertisement online, I decided to take a risk and purchase the mask in shade 9.5-1. After the first use, I am extremely satisfied with the results. The tone is light and my hair feels very soft. It is also easy to comb through. The effect lasts until the third hair wash for me.

I was shocked by this mask, I was prepared for everything (purple shade, darkening, etc.), but nothing happened at all. I have lightened blonde hair and wanted to get rid of the yellowish tint, so I ordered the 9.5-1 based on reviews.

The first time I applied it for 7 minutes, but there was no result. A couple of days later, I applied it for 30 minutes and my hair became stiff, dry, and the yellow tint remained the same. On top of that, it became lighter in some areas and more saturated in others, even though I applied the mask evenly using a special comb. Additionally, my hair became frizzy along its entire length, probably because I damaged it. I am simply puzzled as to why I spent money on this. I didn't see any toning or masking effect, so I can only give it 2 stars for the hope that maybe it is a cumulative mask and that a miracle will happen next time.
