This product is absolutely not suitable for thin and non-voluminous hair that is shoulder-length. After using it, my hair looks dirty (I tested it several times). However, the dark violet series is really great for this hair type.

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner from this line, and my hair has become much livelier.

The conditioner is amazing, it has the same effect as a hair mask. My hair is obedient and soft, and it works well for both my daughter (who has perfect light blonde hair) and me with my highlighted hair. My daughter has a short hairstyle, and in the morning after sleeping, there are no more tangles like before. And this is even though we have only been using the conditioner from this series - the shampoo is different. I will definitely buy the shampoo as well now.

The scent reminds me of Dior Addict. Everything about it is positive. I am a dyed blonde, and after washing my hair, it tends to get tangled. Usually conditioners make my hair soft and easy to comb through. But this conditioner is like a good-smelling household soap.

I don't know, I bought the whole line, the shampoos are fine but I didn't understand the conditioner. Firstly, it requires a large amount for one application, even though I have short hair. Secondly, after rinsing, my hair remains tangled and frizzy. Lastly, the scent, although weak, resembles a toilet product.

I wasn't expecting anything special because I had already tried Matrix shampoos and conditioners before and there wasn't any "wow" effect, but not this time. This series really impressed me.

My hair started falling out, and on top of that, the effect of hair loss was intensified by COVID. The process itself was very irritating, I could feel my hair falling out and it felt like someone crawling on my scalp. Brrr.

But I decided to try the shampoo, conditioner, and a mask from this series. And what can I say? This conditioner did not work at all for my curly, fine hair. I struggled with it for 3-4 uses and have now bought a different one. Generally, I have a great opinion of the Matrix brand, I love their moisturizing shampoo and leave-in treatments. But this conditioner is just terrible. It slides off the hair, giving the feeling that there is not enough of it, so I had to add more. It also rinsed off poorly. There was a sensation of unwashed heavy hair and some kind of film on them. And in my curly hair care routine, I need to apply a leave-in conditioner and a styling product after the conditioner. In the end, my hair looked different, dull, and even a bit greasy at the roots. I have never experienced this with any other conditioners, so it is definitely the fault of this one. Overall, I do not recommend it for light, fine hair.

Today I received the conditioner and immediately tested it.

After using it, my hair is not dry, it dries as usual (without "icicles" as the girls mentioned before).

Overall, my hair is definitely better, but the ends are a bit dry.

I would rate the conditioner a solid 4 with a small plus.

Please explain why everyone is so excited about this product, while my blonde hair, after using the entire series, feels like straw?! It even squeaks! I tried different hair care lines, but this shampoo and conditioner have truly disappointed me.

The shampoo worked great for my dry blonde hair when used in combination.

I expected a little more from this air conditioner. It lacks some moisture, although maybe if you use the whole series, the effect will be better. For now... it's just average.

I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and it has a great scent that is not too sweet and lingers delicately, like a light perfume veil. It is easy to comb through my hair, leaving them soft and pleasant.
