Start with clean, product-free eyebrows. Dampen the product with a bit of water. Using an eyebrow brush, such as the Revolution Create Soap Styler Brow Brush, gently rub the product to coat the spoolie. Brush the product through your eyebrow hairs in the same direction to achieve the desired look.
You can use this product alone as a soap brow setter to give your eyebrows a groomed appearance, or combine it with your favorite eyebrow pencil for a fuller look.
