Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods you can try to see which one works best for you. Insert the folded cup and let it expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or popping sound, indicating it has been correctly positioned. If you're unsure, feel the base of the cup - it should be round or oval when properly inserted. If you notice any dents or creases, it means the cup has not fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try to twist it to create a suction seal. Once in place, gently tug on the stem; if you feel resistance, the suction is established, and the cup is correctly inserted!
