This product helps moisturize the skin and prevents further peeling until the next wash. Our situation was that our daughter's skin started to become very dry and flaky after chemotherapy. She would take off her shirt and dry skin would fall off like snow. There was dryness and flaking all over her body. It was irritating and unpleasant when it would flake off. This lotion is a great help. It prevents the skin from flaking until the next wash, which I consider to be the most important. It moisturizes wonderfully.

I used it on non-irritated skin, so I don't know if it stings. I have other products for that. Overall, it moisturizes and absorbs fairly quickly. There is a slight feeling of stickiness afterwards, as if it hasn't fully absorbed, but it's not a big issue.

I mainly use the lotion before bed - I apply it to my feet/hands/neck. However, I have noticed the effect on my feet - they have become more moisturized. But, either the lotion doesn't fully absorb or I don't understand what's happening, because in the morning when I put on slippers, there is moisture left on them.

This is simply the best lotion I have ever tried. It may feel sticky and noticeable on the skin, but I don't mind this sensation because I have extremely dry skin. The effect is noticeable almost instantly.

This is an excellent product that I use for year-round care of psoriatic plaques. It effectively dissolves and softens rough patches of skin. It also works well on rough elbows. It is great for treating windburned hands and cheeks during winter, although it may cause a slight tingling sensation. I tried using it on my child's atopic areas, but my son complained that it made him itch and sting. Apparently, it is not suitable for children.

This is a highly moisturizing product. Nothing hydrates the skin like this lotion. The texture is not thick, but rather watery, and this is a major plus as it spreads easily on the skin. If you use acids, apply it 15-20 minutes after acid treatment, not earlier, as it may cause a burning sensation on the skin (although the skin will ultimately be fine, the sensations are not pleasant).

Great lotion! I bought both the 5% and 10% versions. I use the 5% during the day because it absorbs quickly, and the 10% at night. It does leave a slight stickiness, but it's nothing compared to the redness, itching, and dryness of my skin. This brand is fantastic! I have a collection of their facial and body cosmetics. There are a few products that didn't work for me, but that's just personal preference. I highly recommend it!
