I disagree with Ivan's previous review. I really like this mouthwash and have been using it along with the toothpaste from the same manufacturer for two years now. The sensitivity of my teeth has improved after using this product, and it whitens them well. I apply it after brushing my teeth, not before. The only downside is that it gets used up quickly.

The mouthwash is terrible! After using it for a few days, my teeth became so sensitive that I couldn't eat even room temperature food without pain. At first, I thought it might be a coincidence. I spent a month recovering. I tried it again - and within 2 days, my teeth started hurting horribly again due to extreme sensitivity.

We wondered why. Then I read the ingredients. The mouthwash contains dissolved hydroxyapatite. Our enamel is made of it. If the solution keeps it in a dissolved state, it means that the solution dissolves hydroxyapatite. And therefore, our enamel, which is made of it. It's horrible!

And then it became clear why the instructions, which many consider strange, say to rinse with this mouthwash before brushing, not after. It makes sense. First, "dissolve" the outer layer of enamel, along with all the plaque, and then apply the toothpaste and don't rinse it off so that the hydroxyapatite from the toothpaste can be absorbed.

It may sound logical, but it doesn't work like that! And to make matters worse, teeth get damaged. I have never experienced such sensitivity before using this mouthwash. I do not recommend it to anyone! It's expensive and foolish!
