Great! I have been using this product for 6 years and I absolutely love it. I have bought it in Switzerland, Poland, Germany, and even at makeup stores.

I have no questions about the store's work, but I do have questions about the product. The lip balm has completely changed; it's just a regular hygiene lipstick that is not worth the money, you can throw it away immediately! Please update the product description, it does not match reality! Previously, it was a shimmering balm with a whitish color, it didn't spread and was of excellent quality. But now it's just petroleum jelly that makes the area around the lips greasy, which is not a pleasant feeling.

I have been familiar with Avene products for a long time. I have been searching for a good lip balm for a while now, and finally found it! The consistency is perfect. The balm feels light on the lips, doesn't roll off, and moisturizes for a long time. The honey scent is absolutely lovely. It is suitable for both summer and winter.
I received this product from the EU with a slightly different packaging and an updated formula (the website still shows the old formula and a photo of the old design).
This is the second time the French have made changes to the balm (they obviously removed mineral oil and added something else, which is worse for my sensitive lips) and my lips reacted negatively.
In this case, it's not as bad as the new SVR variant, but my lips are peeling under the layer of balm.
If you don't have any issues with your lips and the skin around your mouth, you probably won't notice anything.
But if balms are your savior from terrible discomfort, redness around the mouth, burning sensations, and cracked corners, then be careful. Try one instead of three, like I did. Or maybe they still have the old design in stock in Ukraine, so it's worth stocking up. If I had known about the update, I would have done the same, but Makeup doesn't provide this information on time, unfortunately.

The best. After winter, you won't want to go back to lip gloss with this balm: even one layer lasts a long time; it moisturizes and protects well; there is a hint of pearlescence, which gives a beautiful light glow.

The balm works just like a balm should. It nourishes the lips well. It's neither better nor worse than popular brands like eos or carmex. I tested it in regular urban winter conditions, not extreme ones.
Some people complained about the smell, but I can't say it's bad. It has a typical lipstick smell. If you're bothered by the scent of standard mom's lipsticks, then don't buy it.
Great lip balm! It moisturizes the lips very well for a long time. It has a subtle pleasant scent that is not too noticeable. It doesn't have any taste, so it doesn't cause discomfort if accidentally ingested. After application, it leaves a light film on the lips, but it doesn't bother me (even though I don't like heavy textures and products that don't absorb well). After two months of use, I noticed that my lips feel slightly plumper after applying the balm. I highly recommend it!

The balm has a strong scent reminiscent of "grandma's perfume," a heavy and overpowering odor that resembles century-old powder. However, it lacks any noticeable effect - it feels as if I've simply applied oil, providing no moisture whatsoever.

Due to my love for Aven, I decided to purchase this lip balm. I only liked the scent, but other than that, there are only drawbacks. Instead of moisturizing my cracked lips, it only emphasizes their flaws. It looks like grease on the lips. I use it as a base under lipstick and at home. My favorite lip balm remains Nivea's "Fruity Shine," which is six times cheaper.
