In general, the pencil is not bad.

This pencil is simply amazing! It doesn't smudge, erase, and it applies easily. Normally, all my pencils smudge on my eyelids, but this one lasts all day and doesn't disappear! The best pencil I have ever tried! I usually use it for drawing lines and the inner rim.

#601 by Vivienne Sabo is a charcoal black color, very rich and intense. I conducted an experiment; I applied it to an unprepared eyelid without a base or powder, and it stayed on all evening without any issues. Therefore, there will definitely be no doubts about the pencil's performance with a full makeup look.

The pencil is amazing! It is soft, pigmented, doesn't smudge, and lays down perfectly! For those who, like me, are confused: yes, it looks like a mechanical pencil. Yes, the tip looks like it can twist (in theory). BUT! Disassembling it with pliers showed that there are no mechanisms. You sharpen it with a sharpener.
