The gel suited me perfectly. I am 39 years old and have dry-normal skin with enlarged pores on the wings of my nose, along with blackheads. The gel is soft and gentle when I wash my face, and a little goes a long way - just a pea-sized amount is enough. It lathers up beautifully. After washing, my skin looks beautifully radiant, the pores are noticeably cleaner and less visible. It does leave my skin slightly dry and tight, but I immediately apply serum and moisturizer, so this dryness doesn't bother me.

The only thing I don't like is the tube itself - the lid is very difficult to open with bare hands, you can even break your fingers trying. So I use a towel to open it. Maybe I just got a faulty tube.

Overall, I highly recommend the gel, especially for oily skin.
