You always expect the very best from Chanel. But unfortunately, with this mascara, it's a disappointment. It doesn't apply well, and I didn't notice any significant length or volume either. Throughout the day, it smudges on both the upper and lower eyelids. The only positives are that it lasts a long time and is easy to remove.
