My daughter mentioned that the taste is not very similar to cola. Indeed, it is something in between cola and "Zirka" balm, if someone has tried that. However, the important thing to note is that the toothpaste contains 1450 ppm of fluoride, which is sufficient for this age. I couldn't find this information anywhere in the product description.
