I didn't like this shampoo. It made my hair feel like straw, so dry... terrible.

The first few uses were great - the consistency, smell, and results were all superb. However, after 3 weeks of using it every 2 days, my head started itching like crazy and as a result, I developed dandruff which I hadn't had in 2 years. I was very disappointed because I thought I had finally found what I needed. On the other hand, the mask and conditioner worked perfectly for me, I am extremely satisfied with them.

I fell for the advertising and decided to try this shampoo. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. Four months ago, I had a keratin hair straightening treatment, so I was using a shampoo with a pH of 5.7. My hair was soft and silky afterwards. However, after using this shampoo, it feels like I didn't even wash it at the roots. It lacks volume and feels very heavy. It seems dry near the roots. I have to wash my hair every day because it doesn't look as voluminous and clean anymore. Although I used to wash my hair three times a week. The shampoo has a pH of 6 and is advertised as sulfate-free, but it lathers much more than the previous sulfate-free one, which surprised me. The scent is pleasant, that's the only positive aspect.

I have been using this shampoo and mask for over 2 years now. Everything is great, no complaints at all - it cleanses the hair very effectively and moisturizes it. It suits me well. Thank you for the product!

Probably the best shampoo I have ever used, but it's a bit expensive and often unavailable anywhere. My hair is greasy at the roots, dry and damaged along the length, and very prone to static. It is also thin and liquid. I wash my hair every day. This tandem with the moisturizing silicone-free conditioner is simply a lifesaver! It has stopped the static, leaves my hair soft and pleasantly scented. It effectively washes away the greasiness from the first use, although it may not be squeaky clean, my hair feels clean and lightweight, and it doesn't dry out the length. It doesn't affect the speed of getting dirty at all.

Wonderful shampoo for those who have quickly greasy hair. I bought it together with the mask and my damaged hair started to come back to life. It stays clean for three days, my hair is moisturized and doesn't become puffy. I am satisfied.

On November 3rd, I received this product, and I have to say it's the worst shampoo I've ever had in my life! First of all, I don't understand how a sulfate-free shampoo can foam so much! The amount of foam is insane, and it smells like my cat's veterinary pharmacy shampoo, which is probably even worse in terms of quality. I used it both with and without the matching mask from the same series (I left a review for that too, and it's just as bad as this shampoo). This shampoo is definitely going in the trash. I gave it a chance for three weeks, but it only damaged my hair. I do not recommend it to anyone! My hair feels like hay after washing, even though it was very soft and in great condition before using this shampoo. I have natural hair, and I'm attaching a photo to show what this shampoo did to my hair – it made it tangled and stiff, even worse than when I had blonde hair! I highly advise avoiding this product and preserving your health and sanity. If there was a rating below zero, I would give it that!

I used a 500ml shampoo and various masks from the same brand. At first, I was impressed, it seemed like the only thing that could save my hair.

But!!!! After six months of use, my hair started falling out like crazy. Like, in clumps every time I washed or combed it! This continued for 6 months (1-2 months is normal, but this was too much).

I consulted with a doctor and had tests done, everything was normal. I saw a video about this shampoo from a trichologist, who said that it was too mild and couldn't effectively cleanse the hair, which could lead to excessive hair loss.

It's not a coincidence, there's no doubt about it. I switched shampoos, and my hair continued to fall out for another month, but it seemed to lessen.

So, I definitely cannot recommend it!

However, two days later, a manager called me and said that if the product wasn't damaged, it wasn't the courier's fault for such a delivery, but the fault of the client who accepted the box.
They don't care that people don't have time to wait for them to fool around and eventually deliver a box that looks presentable.

Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased this shampoo with a volume of 50 ml for the price of 175 UAH, and now the same price for 150 milliliters. Moreover, I ordered it on the website with a volume of 150 ml, but they sent me 50 ml and did not lower the price. How is this even possible?? I contacted the official representative of this product in Ukraine, and they informed me that the prices have not changed. The representatives of your website shamelessly lie, and there is nothing I can do about it!! I don't mind the money, but this is deceiving the customer!
