The balm worked wonders for me! I have extremely dry hair, and it moisturizes them so well. The scent is delightful, and I receive many compliments on it. It smells just like a perfume.

The scent of something similar to incense is very strong. It doesn't wash out or fade from the hair. I used the conditioner once, but I won't be using it again.

This is my first and last time buying this product, I do not recommend it. It is a terrible conditioner, my hair feels like straw after using it.

I bought this product at the store out of curiosity - it has a small volume but a higher than average price. I was hoping for a super effect, but unfortunately, it's just an ordinary balm. Some much cheaper masks actually work better in moisturizing thin hair than this one.

Awful conditioner. It dries out the hair and after using this conditioner, my hair gets extremely tangled.

This is not a balm, but a conditioner, and a completely ordinary one at that. It doesn't nourish and is not suitable for my dry, lightened hair. After using it, I feel the need to apply some other product to soften my hair. I am disappointed.

My hair is shiny, as if it has been laminated. It is very easy to comb and it retains a pleasant scent for several days, even though I wash my hair every other day.

This is a very good balm. I chose this one and Avocado. I liked that they have a thick consistency, which allows for an even application throughout the entire length. The hair is shiny and pleasant to the touch.
