If you have deep wrinkles, it will only slightly smooth them out. Ladies, this cream is specifically for dry skin. Seriously though!! I even used it on my hands because I couldn't find a decent hand cream, and one jar lasted me 9 months. No allergies either (I have dry, sensitive skin). I applied it as the 10th step in the Korean method (after toner, essence, and sometimes ampoule). The cream itself is white and thick. You should apply it with patting motions (for facial massage and to avoid stretching the skin)!
