I did not understand this product at all. It did not dissolve, not even the BB cream. It just stayed on my face, and on top of that, it left a greasy layer from the cream. It washes off horribly. I used micellar water afterwards and saw that all of my makeup was left on the cotton pad.

This is an excellent product, hassle-free. I never use hydrophilic cleansers, only cleansing creams and gels (but the latter are not easy to find). It removes and dissolves all makeup in a couple of minutes, cleanses the pores, and exfoliates the face. With this product, I don't need any exfoliators or toners. If used daily, it even removes excess lipid layer from sensitive and thin skin, so I alternate. The product is rich and dense, but I find it more comfortable than hydrophilic oil. After removing makeup, I apply a drop of foam with warm water and my face really shines and breathes. PS: How can anyone wash their face with a non-foaming cream and say wow? Perfect product for me! I have dry and sensitive skin prone to redness and breakouts, as well as allergic rashes. This cleanser is perfect for me as it eliminates all these flaws on my skin. I wet my hands with water, add the product to my palms, and rub it in my hands. Then I gently lather it on my face, paying special attention to my lashes with mascara. It rinses off perfectly. I bought this product for makeup removal, as a first step. In general, it dissolves cosmetics well, including waterproof mascara. I apply the cream with dry hands on a dry face, dissolve the makeup, and rinse with warm water. However, there is a slight unpleasant feeling of "greasiness" that remains. As a second step, I wash my face with foam or enzymatic powder, and then my face is completely clean! The overall feeling is mixed; it seems to fulfill its purpose, but I probably wouldn't buy it again. Female logic, I guess.

Great! The face feels hydrated and not tight. It doesn't remove makeup very well, but that's what a hydrophilic cleanser is for, not this product. Inflammations have completely disappeared, which I attribute to the fact that I completely eliminated acids... The credit for this goes to the cream foam or something else, it's unclear, but I think it's the cream. The texture is strange, but you get used to it over time. It's impossible not to fall in love with it.

This is an amazing product. Even though I have oily skin, this facial cleanser is extremely moisturizing and I absolutely adore it.
