I would give it a three out of five. I didn't want to believe the comments, but I gave them a chance. They simply moisturize, nothing more. They don't reduce swelling, there are other Korean patches in the same price range that are much better. And yes, they do slide off. It's not critical, but I often use patches in the morning when I'm getting ready for work, so these shenanigans in the morning are not for me.

There is a slight tingling sensation, but it is hardly noticeable. The only major drawback for me is that they do not stay on my face at all. They need to be constantly held in place.
