Cleanse and pat dry the skin. Put the pad on your fingers so that the gauze side is down. Wipe the skin from the neck to the forehead in circular motions, additionally massaging the problem areas. Don't press hard. Turn the pad over with the smooth side and wipe the entire face again, following the same routine. Rinse off any leftovers. Use at least twice a week or as needed.
