I didn't buy the balm here, but I want to leave my review. My hair is straight and not dyed.
The balm is thick and moisturizing. After using it, my hair is very shiny and pleasant to touch. Another big plus is that it doesn't contain silicones and doesn't coat the hair with a film.
I highly recommend it.

The conditioner turned out to be quite disappointing for me. It does fulfill some of the functions of a rinse-out conditioner: it lightly moisturizes and slightly eases detangling. It smells nice. However, it doesn't work for porous, curly hair at all. Conditioners from the classic Fructis series are much better (and cheaper). This conditioner is, of course, without silicones, etc. Maybe that's the issue. :) I would give it a 3, but I think I just chose the wrong conditioner for my hair type. P.S. I got a rather liquid conditioner.

I expected it to be liquid, as mentioned in the reviews, but it turned out to be thick. However, it has a pleasant scent and also provides good moisturization. I'm very satisfied with it.

I love the scent of this product, it smells like fruity yogurt. I have purchased multiple packs of it and will continue to do so. I was specifically looking for a product without silicones, and it works well for my very long and thin hair that tends to get tangled easily (I also have oily scalp, but no issues there either). However, I do use various hair masks frequently. The only downside is that it tends to run out quickly.

Very watery. I bought this product about a year ago and it was slightly thicker. Now it's just like water. It will only last me a few applications on my shoulder-length curly hair. Next time, I won't experiment and will choose the mask from the same line again.

The consistency is terrible, even more watery than shampoo. It is not suitable for the curly hair method and very difficult to comb through the hair.

Like Lyudmila in the review below, I was also disappointed with the 3-star rating for this balm. I bought it for taking care of my afro hair extensions, but I had a lot left after removing them, so I started using it on my own hair. The effect is more than worthy. I have had blonde hair for about 10 years, and this balm makes them wonderfully smooth and shiny. I can't say that it nourishes them from the inside, but it definitely turns them into candy! Considering the price, it's a 5 out of 5. Yes, the consistency is extremely liquid, but I don't see any problem with that if the product works as advertised.

The product is liquid, just like water, but it has a huge consumption rate. Unfortunately, it completely fails to fulfill its only task of softening hair.

Print [not wow]. The consistency is liquid, like non-fat kefir, and the effect is the same. The smell is normal, not outstanding for me personally, there are much more pleasant aromas.

This balm is indeed more liquid than the usual balms from this brand, making it easier to apply. It also washes out more easily, which, in my opinion, makes it more natural. However, it does a great job at detangling the hair after shampooing. The scent is pleasant and fruity, exactly like a real fruit, but it doesn't linger on the hair. I am deducting one star for its consistency because I don't think it will last long. On the bright side, the packaging is truly super convenient.

I immediately purchased the shampoo and conditioner! I really liked it! It has a pleasant sweet scent and makes my dyed hair soft and easy to comb. The packaging is also convenient and cool. I will definitely try the mask from this series.

I don't understand those who say that the conditioner is liquid...
It has a pleasant texture, not heavy, doesn't weigh down the hair, but still provides enough nourishment.
I must give a special shout-out to the scent - I could sniff it all day long.
And I really liked the packaging - it's unlike any other hair care products, but very convenient.

The liquid is too thin, and I haven't seen any results. I mix it with a hair mask.
