You need to keep the socks on for the maximum amount of time (specified in the instructions), then soak your feet in water every evening starting from the next day without removing anything. Around the fifth day, the old skin will start to peel off (but you must not remove anything yourself!!!) After approximately two weeks, my rough skin almost completely disappeared. My feet look amazing.

I bought these socks for my husband. He has problematic heels, dry skin, and cracks. We first soaked his feet and then put on these socks. We kept them on for no more than an hour because we were afraid that the cracks would burn or have some other negative reaction. The results started showing on the 8th to 10th day. The skin initially peeled off around the toes and ankles. Now the heels are already being cleansed, but the process is still ongoing. It takes more time for the cleansing, so patience is needed. Also, this method is not suitable for summer. It should be done during the winter period because the appearance of the feet is not presentable. We will buy these socks again.

I really liked it. From day 7 to day 12, it exfoliated my skin nicely. Then I used a brush to remove the remaining dead skin cells. Even stubborn calluses disappeared. I even bought another one for my mom who has severe cracks on her heels. Let's see how it works for her.

To achieve better peeling, it is necessary to soak the feet a little longer after bathing. We are very satisfied with the results and I highly recommend it.

However, they weren't. It's no better than using a pumice stone, but at least you don't have to hide your feet in socks all week in the summer.
