The gel does not dry out or irritate the skin, it cleanses well, and there is no feeling of tightness after washing. It is suitable for combination skin prone to acne.

This gel is pretty good. It doesn't dry out my skin.
Before this, I was using Bioderma Sebium, and I can say that Topicrem is a bit more gentle.
It does its job well.

I don't understand why people write negative reviews, but this gel is excellent. It cleanses oily skin well, and most importantly, it doesn't dry it out. It's important not only to cleanse until squeaky clean, but also to avoid causing any flaky skin, as even oily skin can be dehydrated.

I had a very negative experience with the Topicrem series for oily and problematic skin. Let me give you some background information. I have very oily skin with large clogged pores. Sometimes I get closed comedones, but I have never had inflammatory pimples, not even during my teenage years.

So, here's what happened when I decided to change my face wash. I bought this gel and used it for two days. At first, it seemed to be okay, but it really dried out my skin and caused flakiness. The oiliness did decrease a bit though. Then, I decided to also buy the cream from the same series, the AC Active Care (with zinc and hyaluronic acid), similar to what I had been using before but in a gel form from a pharmacy. I bought it from the pharmacy because it was 30% more expensive here. And that's when it all started... After using the gel and cream twice a day for two days, my face started breaking out like crazy - it was horrible. I had a total of 12 pimples on both cheeks. They started as huge, painful, subcutaneous bumps, and then they became filled with pus. I had never experienced anything like this in my life, not even during my teenage years. My skin became saggy, even at a deep level. When I pinched my skin, it would stay folded for about 10 seconds. I was honestly scared. I stopped using the products and went back to my usual gel, and miraculously everything cleared up within one and a half weeks - the pimples disappeared and stopped appearing, and my skin's elasticity returned. However, there were still dark marks on my cheeks from the pimples, so now I'm using hydrogen peroxide to lighten them.

After all of this, I decided to use the gel as a body wash instead. And guess what? After a week of using it, I started getting small, painful pimples on my neck. Thank goodness they weren't as big as the ones on my face, but they still hurt. I don't know, maybe this gel works like homeopathy - through aggravation. But I'm not willing to continue using it. In the end, I can only use this gel to wash my hands instead of liquid soap.

This effective therapeutic cleansing product helps to heal and maintain healthy facial skin. Thanks to Makeup for their prompt and polite delivery, the entire Topikrem line is excellent.

I really liked this gel. It is lightweight and effectively cleanses the skin without drying it out or making it feel tight. Additionally, it has a pleasant fragrance. I decided to purchase the 400ml size and I have no regrets.
