I bought this product for the first time based on a recommendation from a cosmetologist. I have to say... I am not very satisfied. If you have problematic skin, it doesn't really do anything except slightly reduce oiliness.

The packaging was not sealed, just a regular cardboard box. When I started to open it, I was surprised to find a plastic dropper that was twisted so tightly that the glass bottle started to crack at the threads. The threads turned into tiny cracks. I had to use it very carefully because of this unfortunate issue.

For the price, this product is very disappointing.

I really liked the serum. It is effective. My face looks fresh, acne has disappeared, and rashes are gone.

I constantly test out new products, but the best serums are from La Roche. Lately, I've been experiencing a lot of breakouts and nothing was helping, but since using this serum, I haven't had any new pimples and my skin looks much healthier and rejuvenated. I use it in combination with the restorative cream Cicaplast Baume B5 from La Roche (another favorite of mine - it saves dry and irritated skin and evens out the tone) because the serum is concentrated and works like a peel. The cream helps restore the skin, and together I achieve a wonderful effect. There is also a fantastic serum from La Roche B5, which had an effect from the first use. I want to go back to it as soon as I solve my acne problem for good. I highly recommend these products. ❤️‍

I don't care. This product is absolutely ineffective. Not only that, but I started getting pimples. Every now and then, one pops up, and before the previous one has even healed, the next one appears, and it's even under the skin, which is not easy to squeeze out. I use Effaclar Duo on top and apply Effaclar spot treatment, but they don't do anything. And the face wash gel from this line too. With Effaclar, the spot treatment, it seems like the pimples mature faster so they can be squeezed out. But not always. Now I have to buy Ugresol to prevent pimples from appearing. I wasted a lot of money and the effect is zero, or even negative. The only effective product from all La Roche's line is Cicaplast.

I experienced subcutaneous rashes after using this product. It tends to excessively dry out my skin, despite it already being problematic and prone to oiliness. The only benefit I noticed was that it initially reduced inflammation of new pimples.

I have been using the product for a month now and I have formed an impression, so I can leave a review. I have a problematic area under my chin. In the first week of use, the number of breakouts in that area increased, but other areas of my face started looking much better. The pores have tightened, the skin feels soft to the touch, and the color is more even. After a month of use, the pimples on the problem areas have indeed decreased, but they are still present. I have noticed a small pigmented spot, even though I use SPF 50. Overall, I am satisfied with the product, except for one thing - it doesn't work at all on acne scars. It seems to me that they even heal slower with this serum.

I have found a solution for problematic skin and breakouts. After two weeks of use, my skin became clearer and the internal pimples that I have been struggling with for a long time, which were about to come out, healed faster, although they always take a long time to subside and disappear. The first Sunday of use, the breakouts actually intensified, but then the inflammation decreased. In the areas where I have sensitive skin around my nose and near my lips, it burned more than I would have liked, but that was mainly during the first week, and then everything returned to normal. Overall, this serum is great and is the number one choice for problematic skin. I use almost the entire range for problematic skin. I will write about the progress after a month of use.

The facial tone became lighter, but unfortunately it did not have any effect on pores and breakouts.

The serum is suitable for oily skin with breakouts. I only apply it at night and don't seal it with anything on top. In the morning, I use a daytime moisturizer with SPF 30+. For treatment, daily application is necessary. Once I notice results, I reduce the frequency to 2-3 times a week. It can dry out the skin, especially if you're not used to it, and may cause a slight burning sensation. In such cases, I wait for 1-2 days before using it again. Once the skin adapts, the product becomes a reliable companion in my beauty routine. Never apply it to the eye area, even if there are breakouts there. I'm 31 and have been using it for over a year. The amount used depends on how often you use it. I usually buy it from pharmacies, but I gave preference to makeup products because of a promotion. P.S. For post-acne spots and texture smoothing, the niacinamide from the same brand works better. However, the price for it is always astronomical. I haven't tried other niacinamides as I approach experiments with caution.

The first time, my skin tingled a bit, for about half an hour. But this is probably because I applied the cream almost immediately. The next day, I didn't notice much of an effect. However, the second time, I waited for some time and then applied the cream, and voila, in the morning - perfectly smooth face. It also effectively reduces inflammation. I am shocked!! I am 35 years old with combination skin. I used this product in the morning and evening, followed by an SPF 30 at home and an SPF 50 from La Roche-Posay when outside. It lasted almost 2 months. There was no burning or stinging sensation. It is quickly absorbed and not greasy. Overall, my skin feels fresher, moisturized, and well taken care of. However, I can't say that it had any effect on the small blemishes on my face (I didn't see any peeling effect, but as a moisturizer, it's not bad).

I am writing this review because reviews helped me choose this product. About a year ago, during the winter, I suffered from worsened skin. I can't say it was perfect in other seasons or years, but it was terrible (I am attaching a photo). The serum is amazing, and within a day, my skin improved. However, the first few times I used it, my face became red (probably due to acids in the composition), but it went away after some time. So it's better not to use it an hour before leaving the house. After applying the serum, I used SPF (also from La Roche, as this skincare suited my skin and I don't want to risk using products from other brands). Additionally, I moisturized my skin with La Roche Cicaplast. There was a break of several months with no skincare routine, just occasional cream use. My diet was not very healthy, with sweets and snacks sometimes. Breakouts only appeared during the week when I consumed sushi/pizza and drank wine (it was a festive week). I bought the serum again, and everything disappeared after a short period of time (around 2 weeks). Now, I have also purchased the cleansing gel, of course, from La Roche. I used the blue one (200ml lasted for six months of daily use), but now I decided to try the green one. So, I think I will write a review about it later. Of course, I still have some acne because years of breakouts remind me of themselves, but it's enough to say that there were no such (or any) acne before spring 2023.

I have been using this serum for quite a while now, following the dermatologist's recommendation of applying it every other night as part of my comprehensive treatment. It truly evens out my skin tone and removes both closed and open comedones. Most importantly, it quickly lightens post-acne marks in just a few weeks (normally, it takes me several months for them to fade away). It only slightly lightens blackheads, but that is not significant as there are plenty of other products available for that. Without a doubt, I will be ordering more.

Great serum, I've been using it for two weeks. I have combination skin, with an oily T-zone and dry cheeks. I spray thermal water and apply the serum, it stings a bit in some areas, but it moisturizes well. No breakouts and it doesn't dry out my skin.

This is a great product that I have been using for two months now, and the results are excellent. It does sting a little for about 10 minutes, but then it's fine. I use it in combination with a gel cleanser and a sebum-regulating mask. However, it's important not to leave the house without SPF cream, especially in sunny weather, as the skin becomes very sensitive after using this product.
