I really liked it.
I really like these eyeshadows, they have a golden shade that is not too intense, but still beautifully enhances blue eyes. I appreciate that it comes with a sharpener and that it allows for even a thin line in the inner corner. I haven't tested the 16-hour longevity, but it lasts perfectly fine for the duration of my makeup wear (around 10 hours). I highly recommend it!
Overall, it's not bad. It doesn't last for 16 hours on me, maybe around 5. If used as an eyeliner pencil, it's inconvenient because it's too thick. It's also not easily removed with micellar water, takes about 2-3 attempts.
