Ex Nihilo Fleur Narcotique Eau de Parfum

This fragrance is worn by my brother. I can't get enough of it, the scent is mesmerizing. On me, this same scent sounds different but not worse. It is very long-lasting and has a great sillage. Just wow!

I didn't like the scent. I can't say that it's bad or primitive, but there is a note in it that personally displeases me. I think it's jasmine. Because it reminds me of Baccarat Rouge 540, which also contains jasmine and is definitely not my taste.

They are selling a counterfeit product (not the first bottle, I have something to compare it with). They don't respond to requests to provide documents confirming the origin of this product. They offer to return the item if something is unsatisfactory.

I didn't buy the fragrance here, but I want to say that it unfolded on me with a bitter grape note, while I was dreaming of peony. However, there is something about it that I can't tear myself away from...

My favorite fragrance.

I bought the fragrance of the year 2 years ago, but I didn't understand it immediately due to all the hype surrounding it. Then I started wearing it regularly, but still felt like something was missing. Now, after half a year has passed, I absolutely adore it. Sometimes I just come up to sniff it straight from the bottle. It's not overpowering at all, feminine but with a touch of bitterness. It's far from trivial. Now, it's my love.

To be honest, I was skeptical about all the hype surrounding them, considering their high price. But when I smelled the sample, I was amazed; they are truly fabulous. I immediately bought a full bottle.

The fragrance on my cold skin unfolded with a flower akin to a lily. It didn't impress me, feeling more like a shower gel or soap. I am a fan of Kilian, but I wouldn't classify this perfume as elite or niche. It doesn't suffocate, but it also lacks uniqueness.

I didn't buy it here, but I'll leave a review. As a perfume enthusiast, I love different scents, and I have many in my collection. So here it is. This one captivated me with its uniqueness. In my opinion, it doesn't resemble any other fragrance. It has powdery, sweet, woody, and airy notes. I distinctly smell creamy jasmine and lychee on myself. And there's something elusive, impossible to accurately describe or break down into parts.

It's suitable for any occasion! Like a little black dress. It seems simple and unremarkable on one hand, but at the same time, it's mysterious and unconventional. You can wear it to the office under a suit, in the evening with a dress, and even with jeans and a t-shirt. It will be appropriate in any situation.

To be honest, I don't understand why it costs so much. It's a very simple fragrance, it's okay, but not worth the price. I really wanted it because of all the positive reviews and excitement. Finally, this fragrance appeared in a 7ml miniature, so I decided to try it out to understand what I'm dealing with. And here comes complete disappointment. It's just a plain and flat fragrance, it didn't even unfold in any special way. Such a pity...

The fragrance didn't suit me. In my opinion, it smells like soap and flowers. I don't know how it opens up on other ladies, but it didn't work for me at all(((. The scent is awful and not long-lasting. It doesn't match its price.

Yes, it does resemble Lanvin Princess, but it's not bad. However, it's not worth the money.

It's loud, bold, but at the same time feminine. I can't pinpoint a specific note, it just explodes and captivates me entirely. It's simply amazing how skillfully the notes are blended in this Narcotic Flower fragrance - they complement each other perfectly. It's surprising to me that this scent is classified as unisex. Do men really smell like flowers? But the narcotic flower clearly emits this scent. The fragrance spreads brightly and weightlessly, never forming a suffocating cloud around you. For me, it represents a delicate elegance. With this perfume, one must be careful and adhere to perfume-wearing etiquette. It is very long-lasting and has a trail, so a couple of sprays, or even just one, is more than enough.

The product has arrived and it is indeed original. The scent is pleasant, but it may need some time to settle. At the moment, it does not have a strong lingering fragrance.

I received Fleur Narcotique as a gift, ordered it on MakeUP, and I must say that the fragrance is long-lasting and very simple, almost weightless. I personally prefer denser perfumes in the style of Kilian/Nasomatto/Memo/Tom Ford. I remember having a sample of it before, and it smelled slightly different, with a sharp tone and something captivating about it... Maybe they changed some ingredient. I actually like the packaging of the perfume more than its content.

Right now, from the 100ml bottle, it smells like Mugler's Alien in the format of a toilet water, rather than a strong and very exciting perfumed water. There's a hint of jasmine and a fruity mix with a touch of sourness from the kiwi. In the base, you can detect a woody note combined with the scent of high-quality violet-scented soap.

I would say that Fleur Narcotique is not bad, but I can't share the general enthusiasm for it. For the price, you can get many exquisite perfume compositions from the niche segment on my beloved MakeUP. My friend liked it though, so I'll give it to her as a gift ;)

From my initial impression, I can say that it reminds me of Montale, with its chemical flowers and fruits (I thought about buying it, as I haven't tried Montale in a while). Well, let's see what the final note will be like. And how it will perform in different temperatures, if it will have good longevity.
