I liked the scent, I didn't expect such a unisex fragrance. It doesn't have anything too oriental-sweet or overpowering, not even specifically floral. It is long-lasting and has a noble quality to it. Also, the bottle is beautiful. Now I am thinking of trying Gold as well.

These floral scents are incredibly long-lasting and pleasant. They have a smooth and seamless transition, without any abrupt changes or overwhelming combination of notes.

Attention lovers of chypre fragrances! This is the scent for you. With a delicate appreciation for the transitions from the first note to the base, it offers various intriguing nuances and a change in aroma. This fragrance is tailor-made for you.

However, if you prefer light, fresh, herbal scents, you might not appreciate or understand it. In that case, it's best not to waste your time.

I received this fragrance as a gift from a friend who returned from abroad and knowing that I was a fan of Byzance in the 90s, she decided to treat me. It is a beautiful contemporary scent, similar to many others, but it is completely different from its legendary predecessor. Therefore, for me, this fragrance was a downfall of Byzantium. My advice for those who loved the 1987 release of Byzance is to definitely test it before buying.

I don't know why they decided to reissue Byzantium instead of Alchemy, but I was very happy to see it again. I bought it more for my collection (I'm such a fanatic :)). It doesn't match the old scent. The vanilla and rose notes are very distinct. The scent is long-lasting, sweet, pleasant, not cloying or suffocating, but somehow simple, if you will - it doesn't change, it doesn't play. But maybe they just haven't settled yet, I'll try it later. I recommend it for those who enjoy non-intrusive sweet fragrances.

The fragrance is very sweet. A definite vanilla scent.
I bought it out of love for "aquawoman", even though I saw that it was completely different from the description, but I thought maybe there would be some hint of it. But, of course, there isn't)) Besides the blue bottle, there is nothing similar)) And that's logical, because from the description it's clear that it's sweet-sweet))) I don't know what I was hoping for)))
