I highly recommend it. My hair feels well taken care of after using it. After a few minutes of application, I rinse it off and my hair becomes perfectly smooth. I have natural hair and I use the Delicate Moisturizing Shampoo for Hair by Estel Professional Otium Aqua every other day.

I didn't understand the enthusiastic reviews, maybe it has a different effect on natural hair. I have dyed blonde hair and I needed moisture, unfortunately, it didn't provide any moisture, smoothness, or softness. It feels like I washed my hair with a cheap conditioner. The smell is nice, so I'll give it two stars for that.

The CHI conditioner is my favorite air conditioner, second only to the one with argan oil. My hair is natural, porous, and long. This conditioner effectively smoothes without weighing it down, and it has a pleasant and subtle scent. I have tried almost all the CHI and Biosilk lines that were available in my makeup collection, so I have something to compare it to ;)

I absolutely adore this product line. The combination of the balm and shampoo is a miracle for my hair!))

I received the oil as a gift during a promotion, and I am thrilled! I will definitely be ordering it in the future. It smells amazing and moisturizes and nourishes my hair without making it greasy. My hair feels as silky as silk.
