- Clean the central part of your tongue using the V-shaped side of the cleaner.- Hold the tongue cleaner by the handle with the V-shaped side facing down.- Insert the tongue cleaner into your mouth and try to reach the farthest part of your tongue.- Glide the cleaner from the middle of the tongue towards the front. Rinse the tongue cleaner with water.- Clean the sides of your tongue using the flat side of the cleaner.
