There was redness on my face, and the cream from the sample was very greasy, but after 2 days, my face was almost back to normal. I decided to buy a 200ml tube, as they recommended a course of treatment. However, the cream from the tube is not as greasy (by the way, it leaves a shiny film on the face). After applying it from the tube, my face started to have an allergic reaction, becoming very red with patches!! Honestly, I am shocked.

It may be suitable for adults, but not for children, especially during the peak of atopy. I had never encountered this before, but my daughter (4 months old) developed it. We bought La Roche on the doctor's recommendation. At first, I didn't even understand why the child was crying so much. The spots did not go away. As it turned out, it contains urea, which causes a burning sensation and can worsen the problem. There are products without urea from well-known brands as well.

Additionally, I want to add that the consistency is so thick that the dispenser cannot handle it. It arrived when it was +2 degrees Celsius outside, and it stayed on the radiator for a day at home. Then, it thickened again halfway through the jar, and I stopped using it because we switched to another product. I cannot recommend it.

I have been buying La Roche-Posay Lipikar products for seven years now, and everything is great. However, please pay attention to the dispenser in the 400ml packaging. It starts to malfunction when there is still one third of the product left in the bottle. Later on, I have to resort to simply cutting the bottle open, even though there is still plenty of balm inside. This issue applies to other products in the line as well.

The cream is nice, but this is already the second time I bought it and the dispenser doesn't work. The first time I bought it at the pharmacy, and the second time here. Now, I have to cut the jar open because of its consistency, which is inconvenient and there is also a chance of scratching myself.
